Amy Winehouse to wed?

Hell-raising singer Amy Winehouse is engaged to boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil after he popped the question during a boozy night out.

But Amy kept him waiting 24 hours until she finally agreed.

"He proposed at home a few days ago and I took a day to finally agree," she told the Sun.

"Obviously we are both young and it is frightening. But it is the right thing to do. That is why I agreed.

"I am a very lucky girl to have found someone I love a lot. I want to be with Blake for the rest of my life," the 23-year-old added.

The Rehab singer, who keeps her man close to her heart as she has a tattoo of Blake's name above her left breast, was seen flashing her engagement ring at her London gig last week.

But some doubt has been cast on the happy news as photographers snapped Amy going into a favourite north London haunt wearing the rock but leaving without it.

Reports suggested that her ex-boyfriend Alex Claire was in the pub at the time.
