Strictly Come Dancing's Kenny Logan may don thong
26 October 2007 - Kenny Logan said that he might be forced to wear a thong under his kilt to get around BBC rules during an upcoming episode of Strictly Come Dancing.
"As a true Scotsman, I would say there will be nothing under the kilt, but the BBC have already said to me there's no way I can do it without anything underneath. I might have to wear a thong," he told the Sun.
The rugby player is currently competing alongside his wife, TV presenter Gabby Logan, on the programme. They are the first married couple to appear on the show at the same time.
Kenny said that the pair sometimes have to stop themselves from talking about the competition, as they are getting "obsessed by it".
"Gabby is so good, she is in the Champions League while I am in the Conference," he joked.
He also said that he would love the opportunity to dance with his wife on a Christmas special.
In related news, judge Len Goodman recently told the Daily Mail that he loved "the deeply competitive dynamic" between Kenny and Gabby on the show.
