29 October 2007 - Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kelly Brook has said that her enviable figure comes from lots of action in the bedroom.

The 27-year-old told Company magazine that "having tons of sex" is the "best thing in the world" for keeping in shape.

Although she consistently tops "most desirable body" lists among both men and women, Kelly insisted that she does not get by on just her looks.

"I have to audition for things. They don't just hand it to me because I look hot," she remarked.

"I wouldn't keep working if it was just about looks. I'm 27 and there are tons of hotter girls who are ten years younger than me."

The model also gave advice for people who want to keep the romantic spark alive in their relationship, suggesting that couples "fight a lot" to keep each other mentally stimulated, even if they agree.

Kelly also said that installing dimmer switches in various rooms in the house can help set a romantic mood, as can candlelight.

The star, who has been engaged to actor Billy Zane for over two years, recently said that she is in no hurry to walk down the aisle.
