Strictly Come Dancing - Matt Di Angelo gears up for tour

28 December 2007 - He may have finished as the runner-up but Matt Di Angelo is looking forward to the Strictly Come Dancing tour.

A host of professional dancers and celebrities from the past five series of the show are set to head out on a national tour in 2008 when ticketholders will have the chance to watch their ballroom heroes in the flesh.

Matt was quoted by the Belfast Telegraph as saying how ready he was for the live dates.

"I get to dance for another five weeks which is going to be a fun and exciting experience & I genuinely think we're going to be sold out."

Fans will know that Matt danced his way to second place with partner Flavia Cacace - and many speculated that their sizzling chemistry had turned into more than a professional relationship.

Flavia is one of the dancers confirmed for the tour, in addition to Camilla Dallerup, Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova, among others.

Celebs putting on their spangly dresses and suits once again include Zoe Ball, Louisa Lytton, Denise Lewis, Letitia Dean and Darren Gough, who won this year's Christmas special.
