16 January 2008 - Chris Fountain has picked up an injury
Celebrity skater Chris Fountain has suffered an injury. The Hollyoaks star fell during training and damaged his thigh.
Chris has told itv.com all about what happened.
He said, "We were learning our new choreography for next week but unfortunately I fell and I've given myself a thigh strain."
Chris received the top judges score last Sunday and was hoping for a repeat result this week. Will Chris be able to skate? Only time will tell.
Chris has had lots of wipeouts on the ice and skating legend Christopher Dean has commented that "when Chris falls, he falls big...But this is the first time the actor has been out of action."
The competition favourite told itv.com, "It's hurting...I've seen the physio but she seems confident I'll still be able to train."
