Dancing On Ice - Dan moves in with Linda's family
16 January 2008 - Figure skating superstar Dan Whiston has moved into the home of his Dancing On Ice partner Linda Lusardi.
The 30-year-old skater has moved into Linda's Hertfordshire home to be "part of the family", which includes her husband Sam and her two children, Lucy and Jack.
"It just makes things easier because she only lives about 20 minutes away from the studios," he told the Blackpool Gazette.
He added that things may seem strange to any neighbours wandering by, as the pair sometimes work on their routines in the front room.
"It's funny because we will be sitting together in the living room watching TV and we'll just start practising lifts and things," he said.
Dan, who has paired up with Corrie star Gaynor Fay and Emmerdale's Emily Symons on previous series of Dancing On Ice, explained that their current living arrangements are helping them bond and creating a stronger relationship.
Linda - a former Page 3 girl - told ITV she was thrilled to discover Dan would be her skating partner, as she has been a fan of his work on the show in previous years.
"He's become a really good friend," she said.
