Myleene Klass gives tips to jungle entrants

19 October 2007 - Former I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here contestant Myleene Klass has offered some tips for the next celebs to enter the jungle.

The new mum said that enthusiasm and a willingness to enter new situations were both important qualities for getting through the competition successfully.

"I think you should just embrace it. Cuddle the spiders - embrace them all!" she exclaimed.

"If you don't enjoy the work you do, you aren't going to be very good at it - and it's the same if you go to the rainforest and you don't want to be there."

She went on to explain that experiencing a "real blanket of tropical rain" was a thrill because of its novelty.

Myleene, whose career was boosted after she finished the 2006 series of the reality show in second place, has reportedly quit BBC1's The One Show, according to The Sun.

The 29-year-old is said to want to spend more time with her small baby, Ava, whom she gave birth to in August.

Recently, it emerged that Paris Hilton could be among the next celebrities to appear on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
