Myleene Klass´ quits TV for her daughter
19 October 2007 - Myleene Klass is quitting TV to spend more time with her baby daughter.
The 29-year-old presenter - who gave birth to Ava in August - has quit BBC current affairs progamme 'The One Show' to spend more time at home.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Myleene loved The One Show but does not have the time to commit to a ten-hour day, five days a week while caring for a baby.
"She very much wants to be a working mum and present TV shows but that series was all-consuming."
Myleene - who only joined the show in July - went into labour three-and-half-weeks before her due date on the way home from filming one evening.
The former Hear'say singer - who became a TV presenter after starring in ITV reality show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' and revealed she and fiancé Graham Quinn conceived Ava within hours of her leaving the jungle.
Myleene will return to TV in November to host ITV's 'Saturday Night Divas', a one-off show featuring female singers in association with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
