Strictly Come Dancing - Matt Di Angelo is toned

6 December 2007 - Matt Di Angelo has become fit and muscular thanks to 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The 'EastEnders' actor - who has wowed on the dance floor with his beautiful partner Flavia Cacace - believes dancing has made him a hunk.

Matt told Britain's Closer magazine: "I've lost a stone since the show started! I've now got muscles I never knew I had, and my love handles are gone.

"I've dropped from a size 34 in trousers to a size 30 - I'm wasting away! I've never been this fit in my life."

The 20-year-old soap star also revealed female fans have started sending him their knickers.

He said: "I've had a few letters from girls asking me out! I got sent pants, chocolates and a shot glass - that was a bit strange. I was thinking, 'So they want to get me drunk, feed me chocolates?'!"
