X Factor - Brian Friedman shows his X Factor

13 December 2007 - X Factor creative director Brian Friedman has shown fans just what they are missing since he left the judging panel.

The American choreographer, who joined the show as a judge this season but changed roles after the return of Louis Walsh, has posed completely nude for Cosmopolitan.

The magazine's January issue features a section entitled Cosmopolitan Centrefolds, which aims to raise awareness for a male cancer charity, the Sun revealed.

Brian took the opportunity to do a good deed for all concerned and flash some flesh, but said he is actually rather insecure about his bod.

"I wish my bum was bigger, my waist was narrower and my arms were shorter," he explained. "I jumped at the chance to do this because a friend of mine had testicular cancer."

He has shot to fame in the UK due to X Factor but is also responsible for the choreography of some well-known music videos, such as Toxic by Britney Spears and Pop by N'Sync.

Meanwhile, Brian also told the newspaper that he often catches Simon Cowell doing press-ups in his dressing room!
