Shayne admits Dannii crush
11 September 2007 - Shayne Ward has said that he thinks X Factor judge Dannii Minogue gives the show a sexier edge.
The former X Factor winner from 2005 said that Kylie's sister is a good addition to the panel, although he thinks Sharon Osbourne has more experience in the music world.
Shayne told the Star that he would not turn Dannii down if she approached him, saying: "I probably would, there's something about her."
However, the 22-year-old Mancunian said he would choose Sharon as a mentor over the stunning Aussie.
"Definitely Sharon. I really like her, she has more experience in the industry. Dannii's a great addition to the team, though. She makes it fresher and brings a bit of sexiness to the panel," he remarked.
Meanwhile, Shane said that his four-year relationship with Faye McKeever is holding up well despite his frequent touring and claimed that it even gets stronger due to the time they spend apart.
He added that his work gives him a distraction from missing her.
In other X Factor news, Kelly Osbourne recently denied rumours that her mum and Dannii do not get along, claiming that Sharon "loves having another female on the panel".
