Jim Davidson's drunken transsexual encounter

12 September 2007 - Jim Davidson claims he once had a sexual encounter with a transsexual Thai man.

The comedian - who was axed from Marco Pierre White's reality TV show 'Hell's Kitchen' for making anti-gay comments - says the incident took place during a drunken night out.

Davidson, who called gay men shirt-lifters, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I was in Berlin with my bodyguard and we pulled a couple of girls in a bar. I sneaked out the back of this bar and she gave me oral sex.

"Afterwards my minder asked me if I'd noticed anything funny about her. I said, 'Big feet.' He said, 'Adam's apple, too.' It was a fella!"

Davidson - who aimed his 'shirt-lifter' comments at fellow contestant Brian Dowling, who is gay - denied claims he is homophobic.

He told British newspaper The Daily Express: "People who know me know I am not homophobic. Maybe I was Brian-ophobic.

"I say the odd thing that seems to upset people without me realising it and then when I get a reaction from someone I feel sort of put upon myself and I overreact. I enjoyed the kitchen but didn't enjoy some of the company I was in."
