Hell's Kitchen Jim Davidson was Brianophobic
6 November 2007 - Jim Davidson has spoken about his feud with Big Brother star Brian Dowling on Hell's Kitchen.
The comedian, who left the cooking competition after making certain comments about Brian, told This Morning that he just "couldn't stand" the Irishman, according to What's On TV.
Speaking to Fern Britton and Philip Schofield, Jim said he was "really aggravated" by Brian, who won the second series of Big Brother and went on to carve out a successful television presenting career.
"I wanted to rip that bloke's head off to tell you the truth … I was Brianophobic."
There was no love lost between Jim and some of the female contestants either, as he told Fern and Phil that he did not take to Abbie Clancy or ex-Emmerdale actress Adele Silva.
"I thought the best thing for me to do is to leave," he added. Ex-boxer Barry McGuigan went on to win the series.
Last year saw Jim facing bankruptcy after he did not maintain payments on a £1.4 million tax bill, according to the BBC.
Earlier in his career he fronted mainstream Saturday night programmes such as The Generation Game and Big Break.
