Jade Goody's going to America

6 December 2007 - Jade Goody claims Samuel L. Jackson is going to help her break America.

The disgraced 'Celebrity Big Brother' star wants to become a Hollywood star, and insists she has a string of famous friends to help her make it big in the US.

Jade told Britain's Metro newspaper: "There's a lot of interest for me over in America. I've met lots of contacts. There are talks with Samuel L. Jackson to meet me - we're very friendly. I've also got friends who want to introduce me to Johnny Depp.

"I will definitely soon be friends with Johnny Depp and Michael Jackson."

Mother-of-two Jade also blasted fellow D-list celebrities for being famous for doing nothing.

She added: "People who are real celebrities are writers, talented musicians, artists and actors. Chantelle, Chanelle, Danielle Lloyd - you are not celebrities! You're just lucky."

Jade has teamed up with 'Watch It...Do It' to write her own step-by-step guide to preparing a delicious Christmas dinner.

She said: "I was pretty useless in the kitchen but 'Watch it...Do it' has given my confidence a huge boost, and I'm actually looking forward to cooking the turkey this year. If I can follow the recipes to make a delicious Christmas dinner, anyone can!"
