Katie Holmes hopes baby no 2 will end Tom Cruise's Scientology rants

One of Katie's friends has revealed the baby plans of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. The couple want a baby despite Tom's Scientology rant.

The friend told OK! magazine.com that Katie needs to plan her pregnancies so she can still be an actress, wife and mother. Katie was hoping that the filming of 'The Other Side' would have started by February because she wants another baby,
"She had it all figured out. She'd shoot 'The Other Side' and then get pregnant...She'd have the baby by year-end, go back to work next spring and have another film out by the end of 2009."

Apparently, Katie is at her wits end with the film because she doesn't know when the shooting will start. It is being held up because the financies haven't been sorted out yet and because of the writers stike.

Katie's friend told OK! magazine.com,
"She doesn't know what to do. If she gets pregnant and 'The Other Side' comes together or the strike ends, and she's offered something else great, she'll be off the market."

"Both she and Tom — especially Tom — were hoping to have their next baby before Katie turns 30 in December."
