The Queen: My grandson is a pain

The Queen does not approve of her grandson Prince Harry's drinking and partying, allegedly telling a courtier: "My grandson is a pain."

Harry has been relaxing ahead of his tour of Iraq by hitting the town with friends and has been snapped by paparazzi stumbling out of clubs late at night.

But website The Royalist reports that, according to Daily Mail journalist Richard Kay, the Queen made her disapproving comment after Harry was allegedly involved in a drunken fracas with a photographer outside a London nightclub.

Harry has recently been in Barbados to watch the struggling England cricket team at the World Cup and was joined by his girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

The couple were photographed sharing an intimate kiss in the stands at the England versus Australia one-day match, prompting keen headline writers to declare that Harry "bowled a maiden over" at the cricket.

Chelsy had been rumoured to be upset about Harry's drunken partying and especially with pictures showing him falling out of a nightclub with TV presenter Natalie Pinkham, but it seems all is well - even if England failed to win the cricket.
