Dancing On Ice - Ladies reveal all about partners
31 January 2008 - The bladed beauties taking part in Dancing On Ice have spoken to the Mirror about their partners on the rink.
Maria Filippov, who has teamed up with Pop Idol singer Gareth Gates, said her partner is a perfectionist who is totally comfortable under pressure and in the spotlight.
Although she was nervous at first about taking him on, Maria said he has made lots of progress and wants to win but is enjoying the experience nevertheless.
Meanwhile, Emmerdale Linda Lusardi is having great fun with her partner Dan Whiston. He has even moved into to her family home to make practicing more convenient.
She said they have a "great rapport" and he was very reassuring when she broke her foot in November.
Samantha Mumba - the latest celebrity to get the (ice) boot - told the newspaper that her time on the rink had been a very nervewracking one for both her and partner Pavel Aubrecht.
After initially missing five weeks of training due to an injured knee, Samantha pulled her hamstring and was therefore "not surprised" to be voted off in the most recent episode.
