Harrods hosts celebrity fashion show for charity
Celebrities including Drop Dead Gorgeous star Sinead Moynihan and ex-Big Brother housemate Kate Lawler strutted their stuff for charity at world-famous London department store Harrods.
They were joined on the catwalk by top model Sophie Anderton and Miss England 2005, Hammasa Kohistani, to raise money for Jeans for Genes, which raises funds for children with genetic disorders.
The fashion show on the second floor of the Knightsbridge store was followed by specially choreographed pieces to rock music from the English National Ballet and a performance from Lil' Chris from Channel 4's School of Rock.
The night was a celebration of denim with models wearing outfits from top brands including Rock & Republic, Polo jeans and Chip & Pepper.
Jeans for Genes is a national appeal organised by four national charities which raises funds for research into serious genetic disorders affecting thousands of children.
They encourage people to donate a few pounds and break the usual dress codes at work or school to raise the awareness of genetic disorders.
