X Factor - We won't give up Hope

4 December 2007 - Hope member Charlie Mole has said that the band has lots to look forward to despite getting the boot this week.

The five-piece girl-group, which received the least amount of public votes in the seventh live show, were sent home after mediocre performances of Two Become One by the Spice Girls and Queen's We Will Rock You.

However, 23-year-old Charlie Mole told the Sunderland Echo that Hope have a lot to look forward to even though they are no longer in the competition.

"Things are looking up," she said. "On Saturday we have a gig at a club in Birmingham, then next Thursday we're back at rehearsals for the X Factor big finale."

Hope are also set to be one of the acts performing on the X Factor live tour in 2008 - something which Charlie is especially excited about as dates are scheduled for a show at the Metro Radio Arena in her home city of Newcastle.

"Only a few months ago I was there in the audience and now I'll be on the stage," she exclaimed.

Remaining in the fourth series of X Factor is Rhydian Roberts, Same Difference, Niki Evans and Leon Jackson.
