Strictly Come Dancing - no sex for Penny's Rod

5 November 2007 - Rod Stewart is being starved of sex because wife Penny Lancaster is using up all her energy competing in 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The model - who has a two-year-old son Alistair with Rod - is using all her energy up on the dance floor with partner Ian Waite and is too worn out to make any moves in the bedroom with her husband.

Penny, 36, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Rod understands all in all, but the show is a passion killer.

"There's looking after my son as well as doing all the rehearsals and I'm really exhausted, to be honest."

And the long-legged blonde is taking rehearsals so seriously partner Ian even accompanies her when she goes out for meals with 62-year-old Rod to discuss their dance steps.

Football fan Rod said: "Our household used to be all about free kicks, passes and football.

"Now it's paso dobles and foxtrots."

Meanwhile, TV presenter Dominic Littlewood was voted off the show last night (04.11.07) and furiously accused the judges of fixing the scores.

Domini, who only scored 25/30 for his paso doble fumes to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Judges do have their favourites there.

"Out of those four there's only one who talks sense and that's Len Goodman. He doesn't try to give cheap shots at people just to get a reaction.

"With the other three, (Arlene Phillips, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood) I believe they watch dress rehearsals and they decide their vote there and then, and their comments.

"There's no way they come out with those comments off the cuff. We're all fairly certain that's what goes on, which makes it a bit of a farce."
