Strictly Come Dancing - Matt Di Angelo´s kiss secret with Flavia

21 January 2008 - Matt Di Angelo has never even kissed 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner Flavia Cacace.

The 'EastEnders' star has been accused of splitting up Flavia's 10-year relationship with fellow dancer Vincent Simone, but the 28-year-old beauty insists they are yet to become lovers.

Flavia told Hello magazine: "Matt and I have a strong friendship but at this stage I don't know what I feel for him. We have not slept together, not even kissed. Nor have we been on a date - the only time we went out together was during rehearsals for the show to snatch a coffee, and the camera crew came with us.

"I do think it's fair to say there is an emotional connection between us. There is chemistry, and an attraction.

"But I have told Matt nothing can happen until we have finished the 'Strictly Come Dancing Live!' tour next month. Matt is a lovely guy. Maybe romance might develop, but I don't know."

Vincent previously claimed Matt "stole" Flavia from him, and she admits the 20-year-old actor gave her the "courage" to embrace being single.

She said: "Matt was not a huge factor in my decision to split from Vincent but he did give me courage because he was one of the few people who dared to show me attention. The idea of splitting up with Vincent was frightening and Matt came at a time when I needed to connect with somebody."

Flavia will be dancing with both Matt and Vincent on the 'Strictly Come Dancing Live!' UK tour, which began on Friday (18.01.08) in Glasgow.
