Dancing On Ice - Gareth Gates plans three stag nights
24 January 2008 - Celebrity ice dancer Gareth Gates has planned a total of three stag parties for himself before his upcoming wedding.
Citing OK! magazine, the Sun reported that Gareth - who recently proposed to girlfriend Suzanne Mole - wants to tailor each of his parties to a different crowd of friends.
"I think I'm going to have three stag dos. A civilised one, which my dad and Suzanne's dad will come to, one for my mates up north - which won't be too expensive," he said, adding that a third party is in the works for his friends "who can splash out a bit more".
However, the 23-year-old pop idol said he would prefer that Suzanne leave the cheeky L-plate signs at home on her hen night.
Fortunately for Gareth, the 32-year-old dancer is forgoing the traditional night on the town in favour of a trip to the Big Apple with her future mother-in-law.
According to the BBC, the former Pop Idol runner-up proposed to Suzanne on New Year's Eve.
The couple have been dating for five years and are reportedly looking forward to planning their nuptuals.
