Former CBB star in bulimia admission

9 October 2007 - Chantelle Houghton, winner of Celebrity Big Brother, has admitted to suffering from bulimia.

According to The Sun, the star told New magazine that she has been making herself sick because she hates "feeling full".

She also said that she wants to lose more weight because "it's the one thing you can control".

Chantelle, 24, split up from here husband, Ordinary Boys singer Samuel Preston, earlier this year.

The couple met on Big Brother but split up after just ten months of marriage.

At the time of the break-up, the couple cited media pressure as the problem.

Chantelle later said that she was so unhappy with her marriage that she started making herself throw-up.

Since the break-up she said she has felt lonely and is still struggling to control her eating habits.

"It's like I want the food but it makes me feel awful afterwards. I think I'm not very well and I know it needs to stop but I don't feel strong enough at the moment," she said.

She added further: "I don't want it to get out of control but I'm scared it will."
