Sharon teams up with Kylie for charity

Hollywood star Sharon Stone did her bit for charity by jumping on stage for a duet with Kylie Minogue.

At an A-list-packed fundraiser at the Cannes Film Festival to help in the fight against Aids, Sharon cajoled Kylie into an impromptu performance of two of her greatest hits.

As the bids to choose the songs soared to £200,000 a track, Naomi Campbell, Goldie Hawn, Claudia Schiffer, Kurt Russell and Elle MacPherson all battled it out to be the top-bidder.

Eventually Kylie sang Can't Get You Out Of My Head and The Locomotion - raising £400,000 for the Amercian Foundation for Aids Research - while Sharon provided back-up.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell said: "I was roped into this by Sharon. I'll do anything for her."

Kylie has bounced back successfully after being diagnosed with cancer and recently completed her Showgirls tour - with another already said to be in the works.
