Fashion stylist Gok Wan presents the fifth episode of the fashion and consumer series that shows women how to look great with their clothes on, and off.

Even after a triumphant weight loss of six stone, Debbie, who is now a slimming club instructor, hates her body, and still sees herself as she used to be.

Gok's challenge is to help Debbie learn to truly love her new body and regain her confidence, but can he help her ditch the fat girl persona forever?

The Look Good Naked army, made up of 100 testers, try teeth whitening kits to see if we Brits can pull off the Hollywood smile without the Hollywood millions.

And Gok's nationwide tour takes him to Edgbaston cricket ground to strip the women bare and explode another female body myth.
