How To Look Good Naked - Fabulous at 40

21 November 2007 - In this, the second of eight episodes in the new series of How To Look Good Naked, Gok is meeting ex-party girl Cindy Bristow.

Cindy has just turned 40 and can't believe the women that she's become.

Where once there was an outrageous and outgoing stunner, there's now a women who prefers her Tesco uniform to thigh high boots and a mini-skirt.

Cindy hates her double tummy, refusing to let husband Dan touch it whilst covering up with huge black pants.

So she turns to Gok to help her ditch the baggy clothes and inject some confidence back into her life.

Gok's going to have to remind Cindy of the girl that became the women she is today – showing her that the fun doesn't stop when you reach forty, and that with a bit of fashion know-how, she can look fit and fabulous!
