Chanelle and I are serious BB's Ziggy says
31 October 2007 - Former Big Brother contestant Ziggy Lichman has insisted that his relationship with fellow housemate Chanelle Hayes is real.
The 26-year-old said that his romance with the Posh Spice wannabe is not a publicity stunt - and he can prove it.
"At the end of the day, my mum would never let me be in a fake relationship just to make money," he told Star magazine.
Ziggy also explained that although the lovebirds have been discussing their future wedding, they have not yet formally got engaged.
"Getting married has to be completely the right decision. When I do, it will be to the person I'm going to spend the rest of my life with," he remarked.
However, even if he has not yet pledged eternal love to Chanelle, the former boyband member was quick to mention that "right now, things are nice how they are".
He also said that he will not hold his lover back from following her wish of getting breast implants or her love of hitting the clubs.
Meanwhile, a stranger in a club recently hurled a glass bottle at Chanelle, nearly injuring the reality star.
