Jamie At Home - Searching for mushrooms

2 October 2007 - Jamie Oliver is making a mouth-watering return to his roots, cooking great recipes using ingredients straight from the garden of his Essex home.

This week the chef is off in search of mushrooms and cooking the perfect mushroom risotto.

There are no mushrooms in Jamie's garden, so he's off in search of edible fungi in his local forest, with his mentor and mushroom don Gennaro Contaldo.

Gennaro explains the perils as they find various mushrooms and have a cook-up in the forest, making a delicious wild mushroom bruschetta.

After climbing up Gennaro to collect a bizarre tree-living mushroom at the roadside, Jamie's back home to make a wild mushroom and venison stroganoff and the perfect mushroom risotto.
