I'm A Celebrity - Cerys Matthews "gutted" at Marc Bannerman's absence
30 November 2007 - After being voted out of the jungle last night, Cerys Matthews was visibly more than a "bit gutted" that her jungle soulmate Marc Bannerman hadn't come over to meet her.
After being told by host Dec Donnelly that Marc had remained in London to sort stuff out back home, the Catatonia front-woman said: "I'm a bit gutted he's not here, actually. But I have got my kids waiting for me."
And chatting about her and Marc's jungle shenanigans, the 34 year-old said: "You forget everybody is watching... it's a bubble. We think we've had all these secret experiences... But duh-huh!"
"We got on well from the beginning... We started spending more time together and it was like, 'Oh, shoot', because it's not right, is it?"
Cerys' exit leaves Janice Dickinson, Christopher Biggins and Jason "J" Brown to battle it out for the title of King or Queen of the jungle.
