I'm a Celebrity - Marc Bannerman in meltdown

28 November 2007 - Things look to be going from bad to worse for jungle reject Marc Bannerman after his ex-girlfriend moved out of their flat.

According to the Mirror, jilted lover Sarah Matravers left the couple's London home followed by what looked to be men removing her things.

However, it looks as though Marc is not in a celebratory mood, despite admitting he had fallen for fellow camper Cerys Matthews.

TV bosses told the newspaper that not only has he been ignoring phonecalls, but he also has no plans to head back down under to reunite with the Welsh singer.

"He is going to record a video message for Cerys, but that is it," an ITV source said. "He must be pretty mixed up after everything that has happened.

"It's like he is in meltdown."

A scheduled appearance on daytime show This Morning has also been cancelled as the ex-EastEnders star has retreated into hiding.

Meanwhile, recently-booted celeb Anna Ryder Richardson has told the Mirror how much she misses the jungle, even though she is staying at a six-star hotel.

"There's marble on the walls and a swimming pool in my room, but I feel quite weird. I'm missing my jungle gear," she said.
