I'm a Celebrity - Dirty tricks don't scare me says John Burton-Race

29 November 2007 - Evicted jungle chef John Burton-Race has said he's had just about enough of his ongoing divorce battle.

The restaurateur exited camp earlier in the week to find that his ex-wife had sold their Michelin-starred eatery, The New Angel in Devon, without telling him.

However, he told the Mirror that rather than scaring him, her "dirty trick" will instead make him stronger and more determined to get what is rightfully his.

"I am going to get what I want and how I want it," John said. He opened the restaurant with ex-wife Kim back in 2004, but things got ugly when he left her to live with his mistress and their son.

"I'm not hiding from anything," he added. "She can get her half & it is a clever move and yet another nasty nail in the coffin."

John also said that he was angry about the split going public, but life on I'm a Celebrity had made him more clear about what he wants from his life and where his responsibilities lie.

While he was in the jungle, however, he seemed more concerned with taking charge of cooking duties and eyeing up Katie Hopkins, who was "very sexy", he told the Sun.
