Cheryl Cole - Accepts that Ashley Cole cheated and consults a divorce lawyer

1 February 2008 - The fairytale is over for Cheryl Cole and Ashley Cole.

Cheryl Cole is preparing herself for her new life. The Girls Aloud singer has took the brave step of consulting a divorce lawyer according to The Sun. They report that Cheryl could receive £4 million.

When the news of Ashley's affair with Aimee Walton broke, Cheryl was determined to stand by her man. Since last week more girls have come forward and Ashley is now being branded a serial love cheat.

A source told The Sun: "I can't see her taking him back. He's begging like a dog - and that is how she sees him.

"She has taken advice on divorce and it is now a very viable option. She'd be looking at about £4million."

The source added: "She has suffered a complete emotional breakdown. Her family is absolutely furious with Ashley for what he has done to this beautiful young lady, who devoted herself totally to him."
