Vanessa Hudgens is addicted to texting.

The actress - who is dating her 'High School Musical' co-star Zac Efron - admits she can't stop sending cell phone messages to her friends, including 'Hannah Montana' star Miley Cyrus.

She said: "I text Miley Cyrus a lot - we are good friends and she spent the night at my house recently. I text everybody on Earth!"

Vanessa has also revealed she lets her heart rule her head when it comes to making relationship decisions.

She added: "Having a bad experience just shows you who your real friends are. If you get caught between your head and your heart, you have just got to go with your gut feeling."
