X Factor - Holly Willoughby to date Simon Cowell?

Things are certainly changing on The X Factor. First of all Cheryl Cole revealed that she had a secret crush on the Simon Cowell and now Holly Willoughby has shown her admiration for the music mogul.
She told The People: "I had heard that Simon was a bit of a diva, that he preened himself in the mirror a lot but he has changed.
"He isn't like that at all any more, he is very hard-working and is very encouraging to the rest of the panel."

If Holly wants to be Simon's favourite X Factor female she is going to have to compliment him a bit more.
Cheryl recently admitted to The Mirror: "Do you know, I have always had a little soft spot for him, if I am totally honest.
"Just being around Simon, and his ego, he's taught me quite a lot. He's made me a lot more confident and a comfortable."
Will Simon take Holly on a date? Will Cheryl beat her to it? Only time will tell...
