Simon Cowell speaks to ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour 10 times a day.
'The X Factor' judge, who split from Terri last year after six years of dating, regularly spends time with his ex-lover, and thinks nothing of calling her several times a day to discuss his life.
Terri explained: "We do still speak every day. Actually, we'll often speak to each other five, even 10 times a day. And when Simon is in Los Angeles we see each other daily.
"We'll go out with friends, we might even end up at his place until 2am chatting and having a laugh."
Terri, who presents US TV show 'Extra', insists her close relationship with Simon doesn't stop her dating other people, although she admits it might put some men off romancing her.
The 35-year-old TV presenter would also like to see Simon, 49, with another woman, although she admits he can be hard to date.
She told Britain's Fabulous magazine: "I would like to see Simon with someone else but I honestly can't think of one woman who would be perfect for him.
"I think he needs more than one woman - and none of them should live with him. He'd definitely be happy with that!
"Simon really does need a girlfriend who can be with him 24/7."
