Former 'The X Factor' contestant Laura White says Cheryl Cole has offered to manage her.
Laura - who was voted off the TV talent show two weeks ago, causing outrage and controversy among fans who insist she shouldn't have left - says the Girls Aloud star, who acted as her mentor on the ITV programme, has already expressed her desire to help Laura make it in the music industry.

She said: "After the show, Cheryl took me to one side, put her arm around me and said, 'This isn't the end for you. I want to help you launch your career'. She told me she was going to help me all the way. She said she is going to manage me and I'm thrilled."
Laura also revealed she built up a close friendship with Cheryl while she was on the show.
She added to Look magazine: "Cheryl's house was amazing, so beautiful. I half expected her husband Ashley Cole to open the door in a butler's outfit but her wasn't in! The other contestants - Diana and Alex - and me had the coolest night ever with Cheryl.
"We stuffed our faces with pizza and hot chocolate - it was real school sleepover stuff!"
