The Bill is on YouTube
Wednesday, 24 October 2007
The Bill has launched an official site on YouTube.
Increasing the show's online presence, the site (www.youtube.com/thebill) features exclusive sneak previews of upcoming episodes and guest stars and viewers can log on to see the new regular characters at work on their first days at Sun Hill.
The new site will also feature regular updates on PC Reg Hollis' famous podcast, Regflections, with other characters from the show soon to follow with their own podcasts, exclusive to YouTube and The Bill.
The YouTube launch coincides with increased online activity to tie in with three interactive episodes in a three part special in November.
Viewers will be able to seek out clues and build on the evidence revealed on-screen by visiting the dedicated website www.itv.com/thebill as well as the new YouTube site, which will feature unseen CCTV and mobile phone footage.
The Bill transmits on ITV1 every Wednesday and Thursday 8 - 9pm
