Bank manager Kevin Shaw reveals all about his time on The Apprentice.
Kevin was fired by Sir Alan Sugar after his team failed the card task.
Kevin loved appearing on The Apprentice and told the BBC: "It lived up to my expectations and I met some brilliant people on the show.
"It gave me the opportunity to cram many experiences into a short time. It was lots of fun."
When asked why the candidates picked on Sara Dhada, Kevin replied: "You base your decisions on the whole task as you experience, it, plus your time living together as well, so that's why Sara ended up in the boardroom.
"But as project manager you must take responsibility, and I would rather have gone back into the boardroom to debate with Sir Alan by myself."
He realises that he made mistakes during the card task: "When you watch the show back you see the mistakes you make.
"When you're in the middle of a task you steam road ahead and don't have time to reflect.
"I suppose when I saw the show I saw where I had gone wrong. It was a good development opportunity."
Kevin thinks that Michael and Raef are the favourites to win the series.
