You couldn't have watched the fourth series of The Apprentice without taking even a little bit of a liking to chatterbox Retail Buyer Claire Young.
She was told off for being a motor-mouth by Sir Alan in one of the earliest episodes of the series - he told her she had a mouth like the Blackwall Tunnell - but has recently shown a much more restrained business head.
Very good at getting her point across, one-on-one sales and public speaking, Claire has all the assets that make an Apprentice.
But has she proved to Sir Alan that she has what it takes to succeed in his company?
Claire says: "When I went into The Apprentice I knew how loud or abrasive I was. All my friends are like me - we all talk a lot."
"I'm more conscious of my behaviour and my effect on people and am trying to change."
The 29-year-old thinks she could make a real difference if she was given the job: "I think I will challenge him," she says.
"Not many people do it, because they're quite scared of him. I'll bring a lot of drive and energy and hopefully a different outlook, because I am very different to people within his organisation.
"It's very male-dominated, older, a little bit more old-school. Hopefully I could go in and shake things up."
