'Strictly Come Dancing' star Tom Chambers' wife wants a Boyzone CD to spice up their sex life.

Clare Chambers - who married the 31-year-old 'Holby City' star in October - sent a text message to Tom's dancing partner Camilla Dallerup, asking for a copy of Boyzone's 'You Needed Me', the music the pair performed the rumba to last weekend.

Show host Tess Daly said the actor had feared his new bride would be unhappy with the steamy routine, but the blonde TV researcher was so impressed she wants him to do it again - in the bedroom.

Tess told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "She wanted to play the music at home in a 'romantic setting', as it were, to help her Tom get in the mood for love."

The newlyweds haven't had much time to themselves since the tied the knot. Camilla even joined them on their honeymoon in Leicestershire so Tom could keep practising.

To make up for lost time, Tom has taken to wearing his dancing costumes to bed.

He said: "We practise the paso doble and the horizontal tango. I have had sex wearing my paso doble cape - my Batman outfit. I loved the cape. It scares me how much I enjoyed it."

Tom is the only man left in the competition after Austin Healy was eliminated last week. He and Camilla will perform the Argentine Tango in the semi-final this weekend.

They are now favourites to win the competition, followed by former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens and Lisa Snowdon.
