Strictly Come Dancing - Mark Foster warns the judges

Friday, 29 August 2008

Craig Revel Horwood better watch his mouth when the new series of Strictly Come Dancing kicks off.

The judge might be in for a surprise if he dares to give swimmer Mark Foster a bad comment.

Mark likes to be vocal about issues he feels strongly about and has warned the Strictly Come Dancing judges to watch out.

Mark says: "I'm sure I'll enjoy some good natured banter with them. I was an avid viewer when my friend Colin Jackson was the runner-up in 2005, and understand that this in a once-in-a-lifetime chance."

Everything you need to know about Mark Foster

Mark is arguably the most successful swimmer Britain has ever produced. Six times a world champion, he has broken eight world records and won 10 European Champion medals and two Commonwealth Champion medals. He recently competed in his fifth Olympic games.

Mark will be dancing with Hayley Holt

New dancer Hayley is a New Zealand professional Ballroom Champion and this will be her first series of Strictly Come Dancing. Her favourite Latin dance is the cha-cha.

She loves a challenge and is very competitive but she's also cheeky and likes socialising and having fun.

Alongside her dancing career Hayley has a great passion for snowboarding. She has been a sponsored snowboarder for almost 10 years and it has taken her around the world.

"I try to make it fun and be friendly and happy every day. I also have to judge how far I can push the individual and figure out how best they learn. I am chomping at the bit to get started," she says.
