Arlene Phillips plans to have cosmetic surgery.
The choreographer - who has recently lost one-and-a-half stone from her petite frame - said she is going to continue fighting the ageing process as much as she can and has already looked into getting a nose job and chin lift.
She said: "I'm thinking about having them done. And when I do actually go to see a surgeon, I'll tell him to start at my feet and not stop until he gets to the top of my head. I've never had my boobs done or my stomach sucked, but I swim, I dance and I don't drink at all."
The 66-year-old TV dance judge - who admitted she currently has electronic facials - said she was very open to the idea of a nip and tuck but one thing she will definitely be avoiding is Botox, because of her fear of needles.
She said: "I have a weekly electronic massage on my face. It's like a facial that pulsates and hopefully keeps me together. It's good for tightening the skin. I couldn't do without it. I have a needle phobia, but I'll be first in the queue for any procedures without them."
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge said it was while she was doing the tour for the show that the weight piled on and she realised she needed to cut back.
She said: "They have brilliant caterers on tour. There was all this lovely cheese, dessert - and mash! I spent two months thinking I could eat anything and everything. I thought I was dancing it off during rehearsals, but I wasn't. I looked at this huge woman dancing around and didn't recognise who she was. That was enough motivation to do something."
