Shipwrecked deep in the South Pacific, two tribes are battling it out to win over new arrivals each week, and ultimately the £100,000 prize.
This week's new arrivals - 26-year-old shop worker Michael and 23-year-old university graduate Vicky - spend the first half of their first week in paradise with the Sharks.
Clean-freak Michael is less than impressed by the state of the Shark camp, but he and Vicky settle in well and are quickly introduced to the Shark ethos of fun first, work later.
Meanwhile, the Tigers are so keen to impress Michael and Vicky that they build a nightclub.
Tom reveals how the Tigers beat the Sharks
But before the new arrivals cross the lagoon to Tiger Island, ex-Tiger Tom reveals how the Tigers won at last week's Beach Party.
The Sharks, Michael and Vicky are shocked by the Tigers' controversial tactics (which were Tom's idea).
Blissfully unaware that Vicky and Michael know about their tactics, the Tigers confidently show them a good time when they arrive on Tiger Island.
But will the new arrivals consider the Tigers the scheming tribe that the Sharks portrayed them to be? Can they keep quiet about what they know? And will both tribes turn on Tom?
