Two and a half kilometres north-east of Tiger and Shark Islands lies a secret third island.
It's harsh, dense and surrounded by a hostile reef.
Those who dare to live here must hunt for their food and learn to survive with only the most basic supplies.
Each week this island becomes home for Shipwrecked exiles, who don't have any idea what part they will ultimately play in Shipwrecked 2008 .
The tribe are still reeling from Sarah's shock announcement that she's feeling ill and wants to go home.
Although she's still under the weather, the tribe try to talk Sarah into sticking it out for a few more days.
And there's more trouble in camp when the latest new arrival immediately wants to leave.
Survival expert Nick prepares a dish to remember in an attempt to keep the tribe together, but even this means taking on a potentially lethal stonefish...
