With the UK property market facing tumultuous times, it's easy to forget that people are still buying and selling houses.
Cue Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp, with their unique brand of good advice and sensible information.
This year they are taking on the plights of two sets of desperate house hunters and also tackling the thorny issue of stamp duty, lobbying to help out the people who are most in need: the first time buyers.
This week, Kirstie and Phil are in Luton and the Home Counties helping young artist and first time buyer Zena Ellis. She may have the right name for a warrior princess, but she's going to need all the advice she can get to win her quest for her dream house on a budget of £125,000.
They're also on the property hunt with picky new parents Lysan and Bo Cheng, who want to leave the hustle and bustle of London and get back to their roots in Bedfordshire.
A new baby means a change of pace, and a lot more space is needed for this couple, but a normally healthy budget of £550,000 doesn't go very far in this part of the country, well, especially with their list of demands!
