Paul Gascoigne set for Jungle

Paul Gascoigne has signed up to star in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here'.
The ex-footballer - who has in recent years battled problems with alcohol, drugs and mental health - is said to be "really excited" about his chance to appear on the celebrity reality show.

He said: "'I'm A Celebrity...' has always been a show I've wanted to do one day. I can't wait."
He added he feels much better after finally conquering his demons, and has been off drugs for over a year and not drinking for over four months. He also said his new found faith in God is also helping him in his recovery.
Paul, 41, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I'm feeling great, everything's going really well."
Producers of the jungle-based show, fronted by hosts Ant and Dec, have reportedly approached Paul to appear numerous times in the past, but were never been able to reach a deal.
An onlooker who saw Paul judge the Miss Great Britain final in London on Tuesday (12.05.09) said: "He stuck to energy drinks all night, he was dancing and laughing."
'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' will return to screens for it's ninth series in October. No other contestants have been confirmed at present.
