Davinia Taylor's Hollyoaks return?

Davinia Taylor could be reprising her role as June Cunningham in 'Hollyoaks'.
The actress - who played the role of bad girl June for one year from 1997 before she was fired for "persistently bad timekeeping" - would be welcome back to the Channel 4 soap, according to producer Bryan Kirkwood.

He said: "I've made no secret in the past of wanting Davinia Taylor to return as Jude Cunningham. It would be fun to see Cindy and Jude as warring sisters. I'm not sure it's ever going to happen though."
Bryan, who is leaving the programme after producing It for three years, also revealed the current storyline of Mercedes McQueen possibly having HIV was intending to bring the issue of sexually transmitted diseases into the spotlight.
He added: "I'm not a fan of issue-based storylines just for the sake of it. For instance, the HIV storyline is about giving Mercedes McQueen the biggest shake-up of her life rather than saying, 'Hey kids, let's tell a story about HIV.' Mercedes and Malacgy are going to be big trouble in 2009."
