Jordan's Jade blast

Jordan's Jade blast

Wednesday, 3 September 2008

Jordan has blasted Jade Goody for giving interviews about her cervical cancer ordeal.

The brunette beauty insists the former 'Celebrity Big Brother' contestant - who appeared on ITV morning show 'GMTV' earlier this week to talk about the diagnosis - should not be gaining financially from her illness, and should think about how her action will affect other people.

She said: "I feel sorry for anyone who is going through what Jade is going through but I can't believe she is paid for interviews on subjects that people are really traumatised by. I hope she gets through it all though.

"There has to be an awareness that that sort of cancer can happen to anyone - but I saw her on 'Celebrity Big Brother' and thought she was racist. She didn't give people sympathy when she was on that show."

Jordan, real name Katie Price, also responded to comments made by Kerry Katona - who recently criticised the 30-year-old model businesswoman for splashing out on over 100 pairs of shoes for her 14-month-old daughter Princess Tiaamii.

She added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Kerry has been saying some really bitter things about me recently. But if I want to buy my daughter 100 pairs of shoes I will. My sons Harvey and Junior have the same amount."
