Emma Davies wants to play Lisa Dingle in 'Emmerdale'.
The actress - who stars as Anna De Souza in the ITV soap - admitted a fondness for the long-running character and says she would love to have more scenes with the Dingle family.
She said: "I want to play Lisa. I'd love to be the matriarch of the Dingle family. I've played a lot of businesswomen and single women, so I'd like to be a mum.
"I'd enjoy having the pigs, and Shadrach and Belle - and I like the thought of wearing dungarees!"
Emma - who starred alongside Kate Winslet in 2001 thriller 'Enigma' - also revealed she wants her father, 'Doctor In The House' star Geoffrey Davies, to be cast in the soap.
She added: "He'd be wonderful and would absolutely love it. Dad's so versatile he could do anything - but he's incredibly funny and it'd be a shame not to use that.
"I think he should play a mad old lord who cycles around on a bicycle. He could be called Lord Effingham."
