Kara Tointon's surgery sadness

Kara Tointon's surgery sadness

Tuesday, 4 August 2009

Kara Tointon gets saddened by the amount of young girls having boob jobs.

The 'EastEnders' actress - whose alter-ego Dawn Swann in the BBC soap has gone under the surgeon's knife to enhance her assets - says she would rather use flattering underwear than resort to such drastic measures.

She told Britain's Hello! magazine: "It's unbelievable what you can achieve without resorting to it.

"It makes me very sad when I hear that girls as young as 13 are desperate for surgery."

Kara - who is leaving the soap later this month - has just become the face of supermarket Asda's Michelle For George underwear range and admits her parents were a bit wary of her doing such raunchy shots.

The 25-year-old beauty added: "But when they realised how comfortable I was with it, they were fully supportive."

Kara recently admitted she uses chicken fillets to boost her natural 32C bust.

She said: "I was impressed with how much cleavage I could muster.

"But I think men are always a bit disappointed when they meet me and I don`t have boobs like Dawn."
